How is it made?
Popping corn is different from normal sweet corn, in fact only one variety of corn actually ‘pops’. These kernels are gathered and dried carefully to the perfect moisture level, that when heat is applied to the kernel, the pressure forces the kernel to burst.

Ways to use it
Heat a 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil in a pot. Place 1/2 cup of corn kernels to the pot and cover with a lid. Shake the pot around as the kernels begin to pop. Remove from heat as the popping slows. Season with a little salt and enjoy.
